In 2021, the future of SCS Architects was re-established by T. Corrigan as the sole director. Thersia Corrigan has over 40 years of experience in Architecture and over 25 years of experience as a registered Architect. Thersia Corrigan has a continuing passion for excellence in design and the extensive portfolio of SCS Architects is testament to this.
SCS Architects have grown from strength to strength, a dynamic practice, providing a wide range of proven expertise with success in fields such as: large- scale & Luxury residential, office, industrial, retail and commercial architecture including refurbishments and interior design projects.
SCS Architects have become Accredited Architects at high end residential estates including but not limited to Eye of Africa, Emfuleni Golf Estate, Meyersdal Eco Estate, and Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate. We have also designed homes in Waterfall Estate, Steyn City, Blue Hills, The Wilds, Riverspray Life Style Estate and Blue Saddles Estate, to name a few.

When did your love for Architecture begin?
“During high school I needed some pocket money, and I ended up working part time in a Drawing Office, doing odds and ends, and the Architecture bug bit me. The rest is history.”
What is your favourite part about the design process?
“The client’s reaction when viewing the 3D walk through, they actually see what they had envisioned, come to life.”
